    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at sales@thepeelthing.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    How to use:
    To create stunning ice shapes that are all the same size, place your tray on a flat freezer surface and fill the tray with water, leaving about 2mm to allow the ice to expand. Freeze for at least 5 hours.  Ice will remain in its intended shape only when fully frozen.

    The ice shapes easily release from the flexible silicone tray. For best results, take your tray out of the freezer and turn it upside down.  Let it sit for at least 60 seconds, then gently pop your ice shapes out from the base.

    Wash before use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.  Avoid scourers and sponges with abrasive pads, which can damage the silicone.

    This ice tray is 100% food grade silicone, free from BPA, which means it safe to bake up to 428F or 220C and is dishwasher safe.
